For over a decade, I’ve worked with Digitec Interactive, an eLearning company that recently undertook the ambitious task of rebranding. They sought a name that would capture their creativity and passion for education, and Apti—short for "aptitude"—was the perfect fit. I was tasked with creating a brand sizzle reel that embodied this new identity while highlighting the many projects we’ve collaborated on over the years. Fortunately, I keep extensive backups for all my clients, so retrieving old projects—even those the team at Apti had long forgotten—was the easy part.

 

The real challenge lay in crafting a demo that not only showcased their work but also encapsulated Apti’s new identity in a way that was fresh, engaging, and true to their creative spirit. It was a rewarding process that pushed me to explore new storytelling techniques, all while maintaining the essence of what makes Apti unique. In the end, I’m proud of the result—a vibrant reel that captures the energy, innovation, and educational excellence that Apti stands for today.





This is a project I collaborated on with Riccardo Ruini Studio, an Italian design firm known for working with some of the biggest names in fashion. My role involved creating visual effects for the practical shots, where I added a bouquet of flowers that bloom on command.
















This collaboration was a blast from start to finish. I consulted during the shoot over FaceTime to ensure the lighting and practical effects matched what would be added digitally. After the shoot, I worked on several variations of the finished shot, including some surreal versions that we ultimately didn't use. In the end, the more simple approach prevailed, and the results were amazing.

When a cloud computing powerhouse joins forces with the largest financial services provider, it is imperative that customers understand the new value proposition. This project was a collaboration with Shout Creative in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Shout obtained the interviews, and I edited and designed the animations to align with the existing Citrix brand, ensuring that both business identities were respected and followed established brand rules.
